Baby kicked Daddy!!!! :)

Yesterday, DH got a little kick from our munchkin! lol! it was sooo cute! DH was suprised and we both had our loud outburst! lol! didnt feel too many kicks after that.. only the ones that I can feel! lol! it was sooo adorable! awww!!

Hiya... long (catch up) post! =)

Sooo.. its been a while!! I have been busy. With work and getting ready for the baby. II have been doing my monthly dr. appointments and everything has been perfect so far. and I thank GOD for that!!!! I am very excited about my baby!!! :))))). We bought Christopher's crib and changing table and have it set up.. I really REALLY need to take some pics to show it off... I am sooo Happy about it! I have since taken my glucose test and had to drink that NASTY orange drink.. yuk! it was so sweet and cold it felt like it was stripping my throat! lol!!! he was jumping all over the place! and I also took my AFP tetra screen test and my sweetheart is looking good! We got our ultrasound and we believe 80-90% that we have a boy... so I set up an appointment for innerview ultrasound in PA to have a gender test done.. and hopefully my munchkin cooperates! :)))). The will be doing a 3D/4D of my sweetness and I get all of my stuff recorded on a CD and pictures to have!!! Ohhh ! I cant wait. It is set for March 26th when I'm about 7 months and a week.

I felt him last night.. lol! he had the hiccups! awwww!! The funny thing about it is that I just had the hiccups myself about 15 minutes before he got it! lol! it was soooo funny and cute! awwww!!!!

Oh yeah..

well.. I did feel baby Chris move on inauguration night.. I strongly beleive it was him.. I made a sudden move and it felt like he was startled and i felt something that would be his legs and arms readjusting.. Ohhhh!!!! it was wonderful! I just really wish that I would feel him more prominently... I can be patient but I just want to make sure that he is healthy.. And I dont want a lazy baby! lol!!!! He is still my blessing! :)

Inauguration!!!

Our next president gets sworn in tomorrow!!! YAY!!!!!!!!! It's all so exciting! I wish I could be there but I have to work.. (should of scheduled it in advanced) but being pregnant and all I didnt think it would be wise for me to be standing for so long in the cold. It will be fine though. My husband may going. So at least one of us can experience our first African American President get sworn in!!! Its all so exciting!!!!!!!

As for baby Chris.. I havent felt him move :( I wish he was going all over the place but I have read where he may start soon so Ill wait.. Today was the first day in a long time that I have had a decaf coffee! It was sooooo good! It was a large and I didnt drink it all because I still have my precautions on the caffine drinking and I don't believe that decaf has absolutely no caffine...

I want to start to buy the crib and bedroom furniture for baby Chrisl.. I will probobly start this friday getting stuff! Im soo excited.. Today I am officially 5 months!!! so as I am 4 months away I think that this is a good time to start his room..

My hips are very sore today.. being that I can only sleep on my sides is really getting to me. I am a stomach sleeper and its a little different but Im making it work. Some nights it can get really uncomfortable though.. I want to start working out but I am nervous about hurting the baby.. I am going to start doing soemthing though.. like just walking straight for like 15 min. .. just to be active for my baby! :)

BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!

I had my doc appt back on 12/9. Everything was good.. the baby didnt want to cooperate with the doppler and we couldnt get a heartbeat that easily. So she did the ultra sound and we saw the baby!!! YAY!!!! :D
It was wiggeling all over the place! my snookums!!! :) But I was happy to see the heartbeating.. u know when u are pregnant u hear all these stories about women who loose the heartbeat or even their baby.. God knows that I dont want to think negative and def. do not even want to think about that happening to my baby.. my blessing.. but I just knew everything would be okay when I saw the heart beating! my precious baby!! i love it sooo much!! I can fell the womb getting bigger but not really my overall body.. which is a good thing.. i guess! but I would prefer to get bigger if its better for the baby.. But God knows what is best! and I do trust Him!
I am sooooooo happy about my pregnancy and Thank God sooooo much!!!!!!!
I get to know the baby's sex on Jan. 12!!! YAY!! I hope that the baby cooperates and I get to know on that day.. Im going to start my registry on that day if we get to know.. Ill be too excited to work or do anything except baby stuff!! :D

How am I feeling?

Well its been a different battle everyday.. My back is starting to ache.. and I am feeling nauseous still.. not as bad as before but its still lingering around.. mucous is now starting to take over my nasal area.. blowing my nose is getting annoying esp. when its there but doesn't want to come out.. Ive been getting lower ab pains.. not bad ones but I guess to remind me that my uterus is still getting bigger.. I have these terrible migraines too! UGH! never before had I had any of these kinds of migraines. Its to the point where I am about to cry!

But overall I am not complaining.. I am truly blessed. I pray that the baby is doing fine and that all will be well for a full term and healthy pregnancy and baby. I pray all things will be done according to God's will. I have my next appt coming up on Tuesday and I'm excited to see how big the baby has gotten and I am anxious to hear the heart beat or to at least see that my baby's heart is still pumping good at a good rate and everything is okay as far as their vital signs..

I cant wait to find out if I'm having a boy or girl.. Its sooo exciting its like having a present and not opening it until Christmas! lol! I had a magicbaby doll back when I was younger and to know if you had a boy or girl there was this letter that u submerged in water and it told her along w/ a phony birth certificate of your baby.. its was the coolest thing ever.. b/c when you bought it in the store you never knew how much hair or which sex you had! lol! It sort of feels like this now.. I'm soooo excited!!! BUT I can be patient and wait for the right time!
