The end... but beginning of others...

Well Well Its been 2 1/2 months since my DD has been born and I LOVE every milisecond of it!!! I will now conclude this blog in hopes that this will inspire or help someone who is pursuing a child. I have left with just a downside of having to pay $3k because of my retarded insurance, but its a very very small price for what I have gained! (hearts!!)

I will be starting other blogs on my lifes focus now, which are to grow healthy hair and nails and also weight loss.. Im soo excited about my next step in life!!

Moriah Vianna P. was born today at 10:21 am!! wooo hoooo!!! my baby is finally here!!!!! She was 6lb 15.6oz and 21 inches long!! it was a long labor about 20 hours long but only had to push for 20 minutes.. I didnt think that I was going to make it but I did!! I am so happy and greatful! She is truly a blessing to our whole family! I LOVE HER SOOO MUCH!!!!!

Nope, no baby yet!

Went to doc office yesterday.. did another stripping of membranes and this one hurt like crazy.. so we are going to make an appt. for my inducement for next thursday morning.. Im excited but I really wish that she will come on now! UGH!

6 more days to go and 3 visits to L&D

Been to L&D times within the last 3 weeks jus to be sent back home w/ no baby! booo!!! im soo ready for her to come.... castor oil of course didnt work.. guess she will just come on her own.. well she is due on Saturday and for some reason I dont think that she will make an early appearance.. she will be late, like her mommy! ugh.. guess u cant rush a good thing! : )

Today..

I am extremly tired! I almost didnt make it into work today. My body is so exhausted which I know apart of this is sleep exhaustion! UGh! I feel terible!! Keep getting asked why Im still at work.. Uhhhhh... maybe b/c the baby is still in my stomach! AHHHHHH!!! That has to be the most annoyingest question!!!! Im just ready to be a mommy and be at home for a couple of weeks! I think im going to give the good ol castor oil one more good try on Saturday night.. hopefully it will work something out! Geez!

No Induction yet :( Got membranes stripped :)

So my doc told me that she didnt feel comfortable in giving me an induction just yet b/c I hadnt dialated anymore and she is afraid that my body is still not ready for labor.. and it may end up in a c-section.. Which I may be a little naiive but I dont mind.. But she says that she can not do it if the risks are too high to get a c-section.. which I understand.. at this point im just sooo tired and ready to give birth and see and hold my little baby! It feels good to releive my feelings in this blog b/c It kind of gets it out of my system. Well on the bright side I only have 10 days left WOO HOO!!!! So I feel that she may be coming before then anyways.. Doc said to come to last appointment on Tuesday (if no baby yet) and we will see if the stripping of membranes worked (which she did in the office) and if it did then she will have the induction date posted asap for me. If not then we will have to wait until after the due date and do the induction on the following Thursday! UGH!!! I really hope there is progress.. so I am going to walk tonight to make sure that we do what we can to bring it on!!!! lol!!

Lost some more of my mucus plug this morning.. this time it was a brownish tint that came along w/ it.. which I guess its from the doc stripping my membranes.. nothing other than light cramping since though.. nothing major.. I wish baby M would come soon.. Please God make sure that she is healthy but bring her to me soon... I have like no energy left! :)

Only time will tell......

So another trip to L&D.. total of two trips and still no baby M.. Ive been having contractions but still no more dialation passed 2cm.. its just all so frustrating.. So I saw my doctor yesterday, and she promised that if no baby by the 39th week that she will induce early.. I was soooo happy to hear this b/c I am ready.. so that means that I have a week and a couple of days to have the baby! YAY!!! I was sooo happy to hear this.. DH was too! :D
So hopefully at my 38 wk appt on the 26th we can schedule the induction date.. Im sooo thrilled!!

FULL TERM!!!!!

As of Saturday I am FULL TERM!!!! YAY! Im excited.. been feeling crampy and took a little bit of castor oil w/ a rootbear float to see if anything would come of it, but nothing.. im still at work today! lol!

Castor oil! YUCK! its soooo gross! nasty crap.. felt like big globs of mucus was going down my throat when I was swallowing .. I dont think Ill be doing that again! lol!

So Im just patiently waiting.. today I am 37wks and 2 days.. cant wait to meet baby M!! I hope she makes her appearance sometime this week!!!!

YAY!!!!! Im so excited about this!!! I cant believe that she is almost here.. some think I may be having her this weekend! I really hope so.. I cant wait to meet her.. Cant wait until my next docotor's appointment next Wednesday!! Hopefully we will see some more progress!! :D

Baby measuring a week late

So we went to our Imaging appt. and we were told that instead of 35 weeks and 6 days that our LO was measuring at 35 weeks even! WHAT! OH NO! lol! I just dont want to be pushed back any further! lol!!! but the tech stated that as the baby gets bigger the less accurate the ultrasounds are in detecting how long you have. Which is a releif b/c the way this LO is stretching and getting so active I dont see how I can possibly be over due at all much less have time added on at the end! lol! No, ITs not a big difference but its enough for me. I just want to see, hold and kiss her soooo much! :D

We got some U/S pics but they were horrible,, I just dont understand how your primary business is raidology, xrays, and imaging and your machines are like worse than most regular doctor offices.. lol! just a mess!
But im a happy mommy to a healthy baby and that is all I can really ask for now!
I thank GOD for her all the time..Im soo happy and cant wait to see her!!
She had hiccups two times already since lunch.. I wish I could pat her on the back.. i try to shake my stomach to help her.. doesnt seem to help that much though! :)

So little time before LO arrives ... and so much to do..

Aside from the nesting that has just set in and things I have to get for Moriah, I have other things that need to be done before her arrival.. Its annoying because I really dont have the time nor money to do them right now. My car is on its final rope, I need to either trade it in and get another car or buy a new engine.. Its frustrating because either way me and DH will be putting out money that we didnt want to let go of at this time. So we have to figure out what we are going to do by the end of this month, b/c my tags expire on my car.. UGH!!!!!!! Its just so frustrating!

Today, we go to get possibly our last ultrasound before baby Moriah gets here.. which is only in 4 more weeks! YAY! They will be checking her size. I cant wait to see her again today! I miss her soooo much! I know that she has gotten really big b/c she hardly has any room at all to move around in there.. I can literally feel her when she moves her head and hands in my pelvic area.. it feels sooo weird! lol! But it doesnt matter b/c I love her sooooo much! :D

mmmmm... the rain

I just LOVE the rain. I love the smell when it hits the cement/pavement, I love the feeling of the rain on my skin and face, I love the sound of the birds tweeting in the rain. I love everything about it.. It just makes you feel so cozy. I would rather be home when it rains than at work. Ill take being at work any day that its HOT outside! lol! Id rather the A/C! lololol!

Last night we got snookie's bedset sent all the way from her great uncle and aunt in Colorado... It was the set we had on our Target registry.. and here it is..

Some more good news.. my doc has now put me on 6 hr work days! yay! im soooo happy for this.. She wants me to get one more U/S tomorrow b/c the baby looks bigger than my current week. So im def. happy about me getting off for rest.. besides I need it b/c my pelvic area hurts like crazy when I have to get up every now and again to do faxing or just go to the bathroom. Ugh! 4 more weeks to gooo!!!!! Cant wait!!! YAY!!

Baby Shower

Had my baby shower on 4/25! It was awesome.. got soooo many gifts from my registry and even things that werent on there that I forgot to put. We had a blast from the games to the gorgeous cake, to everything! I loved it all.. My DH and SIL & BIL set it all up with the assistance of our mothers and it came out EXCELLENT! I was extremely happy, I kept on talking about it for days.. Now if I could just finish out all of my Thank you cards! lol! Should be done by this weekend.

Dr appts. are going great! Going to get another scan to make sure that the baby isnt measuring bigger than what we have the due date for. The due date will more than likely stay the same but we at least want to see if she is getting really big in there! lol! My doc was a little concerned that she was a little big.. not a big worry but to be ahead of the game on her size. Just as long as my LO is healthy Im happy! :D

I think I dropped!! YIKes!!

I guess its exciting.. but I dont know being a FTM if this is too soon or not?! My DH and about 4-5 other people at work agreed that I have dropped. I have heard everything to they dont think ill make it out of April without having my baby to dont worry about it, the baby will continue to drop more.. So now im stuck and just of course waiting for nature to take its course. Its exciting at the same time a little worrisome.. Ill try not to think about it as much.

OT.. Ive been doing good drinking my 64 oz. of water per day!! YAY!! that is a hard thing for me.. I have to pretend the water is something else! lol! im just not a water drinker.. but its for my baby so ill do whatever I have to do because Im responsible for my little sweethearts life. Been going to the bathroom like a mad woman but I know at least she is going to have a good amount of amniotic fluid in there.

Also,, I cant beleive that Im in the single digits now! YAY!!!!! Its wont be long now!!! Ill be 8 months on Saturday 4/11/09!!! Time is zipping away! YEEEEESSSS!!!!!!
So then Ill have only 8 weeks left! WoW!!! My baby showers are coming up soon and I cant wait.. I hope Baby M doesnt get here before them! AAAAHHHHH!!!! :D

WOW! As of today I have technically 2 months left!

Time is winding down. Im due 6/6/09 and today is 4/6/09 so I officially have two months left! YES!!!!! the weird thing is I dont turn 8 months until this saturday.. so im a little bit off with the whole gestational age.. but its only a couple days off.. Im sooo excited..

Cant wait to meet her!!! YAY!!

Tired..zzzzzzzzzzzzz

So I just tried to post my tiredness posting but apparently this retarded blog didnt post it b/c I doubled clicked on the publish post botton and it erased everything!GRRRRRR!!!!

So basically im soooo tired.. I want to just go to sleeeeeeeeepp... got 3 hours left for the day and cant stop looking at the clock... O Lord, please help me get through today... Im so out of it.

So we went to our ultrasound for gender determination and find out that we are indeed having a ............................................... GIRL!! OMG!!! Im stunned... shocked,, excited,, happy.. but stunned!!!!! Me and DH have been planning for a boy!!! I am soooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Approx 10 weeks and a couple days left!!! YIPEEE!!!

June to me sounds far away.. but knowing im due within the first week makes me feel so much more better :)
I cant wait to see my LO!!! Looking at it as far as how many weeks I have lefts seems like its going to be soooo soon! Im so excited! I thank God that this pregnancy has been going smoothly with just a couple of bumps and I thank God in advance for a healthy beautiful baby!!!!

Some days.. I just dont "feel" pregnant

Today for example, it just feels like im FAT! lol! I know that I still feel my LO moving all around in my tummy and kicking on his up days.. but I just feel like sometimes I have gas or im just gaining a lot of stomach weight! lol! The good thing is that I haven't really gained weight all over like my arms, legs, face etc.. Ive only gained in my stomach.. Which is good so that I wont have too much to loose after the baby.

But it still feels weird! lol! I guess I have gotten used to myself being this big (Which is NOT a good thing) lol! that means that IM comfortable.. not when I look in the mirror though! lol! I cant wait for my snookie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He should be here ...(aww Im feeling him move now!) my sweet little baby! I love him sooo much! oh yeah.. lol! he should be here in less than 3 months! WOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Time please move so that I can see my little bambino!!! I dont want to rush his development but I do hope that time somewhat flies so that I can see my precious blessing!!!

BCBS of Delaware SUCKS!

So.. I had been going to my RE and ever since then they dont want to cover my bill b/c they are stating that it was a pre-existing condition.. Which I dont see how it could be for the simple fact that I have never been to a RE before and never went in about infertility. I was being seen for other issues from my prior OBGYN due to the fact that I was loosing a lot of blood and got my laposcopy surgery in Dec 2007 due to possible endometriosis.. which had NOTHING to do with us having children at the time.. Although we wanted to have children, that was not the reason I was being treated. The reason was because of the constant bleeding and we wanted to know what was going on.. of course the baby would be the final outcome the what we were trying to achive but that was not the reason for me being seen for my bleeding.

Now BCBS of Delaware, is saying that it is pre- exsisting.. off of the records that my RE sent them which would of started from June.. How can that be!! I mean, even if they are counting my last visit with my OBGYN in December for surgery, that should mean that they may not cover maybe say June/July's office visits.. but anything beyond that they NEED to cover! Im sooo pissed about this crap!

Then I call the customer servcie dept. and its nothing but GHETTO HOODRATS that work there..They have no common curtesy skills much less customer service skills!! Im going to have to call back b./c one of the reps said that my claims were coverd when I disputed them and another one (who was the majorly ghetto one) states to me that they were not covered! BASTARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday, DH got a little kick from our munchkin! lol! it was sooo cute! DH was suprised and we both had our loud outburst! lol! didnt feel too many kicks after that.. only the ones that I can feel! lol! it was sooo adorable! awww!!

Hiya... long (catch up) post! =)

Sooo.. its been a while!! I have been busy. With work and getting ready for the baby. II have been doing my monthly dr. appointments and everything has been perfect so far. and I thank GOD for that!!!! I am very excited about my baby!!! :))))). We bought Christopher's crib and changing table and have it set up.. I really REALLY need to take some pics to show it off... I am sooo Happy about it! I have since taken my glucose test and had to drink that NASTY orange drink.. yuk! it was so sweet and cold it felt like it was stripping my throat! lol!!! he was jumping all over the place! and I also took my AFP tetra screen test and my sweetheart is looking good! We got our ultrasound and we believe 80-90% that we have a boy... so I set up an appointment for innerview ultrasound in PA to have a gender test done.. and hopefully my munchkin cooperates! :)))). The will be doing a 3D/4D of my sweetness and I get all of my stuff recorded on a CD and pictures to have!!! Ohhh ! I cant wait. It is set for March 26th when I'm about 7 months and a week.

I felt him last night.. lol! he had the hiccups! awwww!! The funny thing about it is that I just had the hiccups myself about 15 minutes before he got it! lol! it was soooo funny and cute! awwww!!!!

Oh yeah..

well.. I did feel baby Chris move on inauguration night.. I strongly beleive it was him.. I made a sudden move and it felt like he was startled and i felt something that would be his legs and arms readjusting.. Ohhhh!!!! it was wonderful! I just really wish that I would feel him more prominently... I can be patient but I just want to make sure that he is healthy.. And I dont want a lazy baby! lol!!!! He is still my blessing! :)

Inauguration!!!

Our next president gets sworn in tomorrow!!! YAY!!!!!!!!! It's all so exciting! I wish I could be there but I have to work.. (should of scheduled it in advanced) but being pregnant and all I didnt think it would be wise for me to be standing for so long in the cold. It will be fine though. My husband may going. So at least one of us can experience our first African American President get sworn in!!! Its all so exciting!!!!!!!

As for baby Chris.. I havent felt him move :( I wish he was going all over the place but I have read where he may start soon so Ill wait.. Today was the first day in a long time that I have had a decaf coffee! It was sooooo good! It was a large and I didnt drink it all because I still have my precautions on the caffine drinking and I don't believe that decaf has absolutely no caffine...

I want to start to buy the crib and bedroom furniture for baby Chrisl.. I will probobly start this friday getting stuff! Im soo excited.. Today I am officially 5 months!!! so as I am 4 months away I think that this is a good time to start his room..

My hips are very sore today.. being that I can only sleep on my sides is really getting to me. I am a stomach sleeper and its a little different but Im making it work. Some nights it can get really uncomfortable though.. I want to start working out but I am nervous about hurting the baby.. I am going to start doing soemthing though.. like just walking straight for like 15 min. .. just to be active for my baby! :)
